We firmly believe in the power of sound, not only for its healing potential but for the way it is able to help raise the consciousness both on an individual and planetary level. Besides tuning forks, we have a selection of crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoos, drums and  tuning pipes.

Catherine has participated in workshops using vocal sounds which inspire her desire to pass on the profound effect sound healing has had on her.  People can be healed and empowered by their own voice.  Sound healing workshops hosted by Catherine will have a demonstration segment and attendees will also have the opportunity to practice their own toning and healing themselves and others.  Toning therapy helps heal physical and emotional pain.  You explore altered states and reduce stress.  The experience is profound.

Experiential workshops  will be given in the future which will delve into discovering the power of your own voice through individual and group exploration.
